Not a great experience. I sent them an email the day it came in letting them know a part was missing. 3 days later, there was no response, sent another email and again no response, sent a 3rd email and also went on the site to start the process of returning the walker. Started a live chat and guess what, being told they will escalate and get the part sent out. Lets see if it actually arrives. I dont have time for this, it should not be this difficult to get proper customer service.
