IMPORTANT NOTICE: We are experiencing higher than usual volume of orders which are resulting in longer than usual turnaround times for processing/shipping orders. Please note there may also be shipping delays once the order has shipped.
Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed. Processing time is the period after your order is placed and the order is transmitted to our fulfillment center and the item(s) are being prepared for shipment. Free Standard Shipping (on most products) is the only option available at this time. Please note that Free Shipping is not available to some areas.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered when ordering is accurate and complete. Any orders returned back to us as address incorrect or incomplete will be subject to 25% restock fee. It will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping fee for us to resend the order.
Once the shipping label has been created, you will receive an email with tracking number.
The shipping company who delivers your item will not assemble nor install the product you ordered and will deliver the item at your door (or lobby if you live in an apartment building), they are not responsible to bring the item inside your residence.
Most orders are processed and shipped during regular business days, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. The Shipping companies we use do not deliver to PO Boxes so a full physical street shipping address must be provided. At the moment we only ship to Canada.
Once an order has been processed, orders are estimated to arrive approximately 5 to 7 business days after shipping from the warehouse. Please note that shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times.
Refused packages and orders that are returned to sender (Walton Medical) will automatically be charged a 25% restock fee.
We always try our best to keep our inventory online up to date, however there are times when an item that is available online can be out of stock due to synchronizing times with our inventory system.
We reserve the right to modify shipping rules at any time without notice.
Cancel an Order
To cancel your order you must contact us by email at email@example.com or via telephone during our opening hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm). Please state clearly your order number, the date of purchase, your name and contact details, the item you wish to cancel and the reason. Orders are not considered cancelled until confirmed by Walton Medical. We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request, however, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests once your order has begun processing.
