Welcome and thank-you for shopping at waltonmedical.com. Walton Medical strives to have the highest service and ensures that our customers remain pleased with their purchases. Walton Medical accepts returns on unused products 30 days from the date of order delivery (some conditions apply). The items must be returned in their original packaging so that the item is available for reselling. Walton Medical does not accept returns with items out of their original packaging and we do not accept returns after 30 days from date of order delivery.
There are some items that are unable to be returned due to the nature of the item itself. Once the shipping box has been opened, it cannot be returned. The item(s) must be in the original packaging un-opened. If we receive the item and the item is not as previously stated, then the credit would be denied. This is applicable to the following items: all products listed under "Bathroom Safety", walkers, cushions, mattresses, and pillows.
All incontinence products are non-returnable (even if unopened).
For all other products on our website: after an item has been used or even tried on, it is not eligible to be returned.
All wheelchairs are final sale. Once a wheelchair has been used it is not eligible for return.
Important: Customer must contact Walton Medical and request an RMA# prior to shipping the item back. Please allow 1-5 business days to receive an RMA#. Any item returned without an RMA# will not be accepted.
Any product received that is damaged must be reported to Walton Medical within 48 hours of receipt.
A refused package is considered a Return and is subject to 25% restock fee.
Once the product has been returned, inspected and deemed in saleable condition, you will receive reimbursement by the same means of which you purchased. Refund will be subject to a 15-25% restocking fee. The restock fee is waived if a reorder is placed at the same time the RMA request is made (this excludes scooters). This process can take 10-14 business days. Please remember that credit card reimbursements depend upon your bank. It is the customer's responsibility to cover any shipping/insurance cost for the item to be shipped back. Please note that shipping/insurance charges are non-refundable.

Products under Warranty/Repair
Walton Medical does not repair nor service any products listed on its website and does not cover shipping to have an item returned for repair to the manufacturer.
Warranty does not cover providing a loaner unit, compensating for costs incurred in rental while said unit is under repair, or costs for labor incurred in repairing or replacing defective part(s).
Under the terms of the warranty it is the customer’s responsibility to adequately package all warranty returns. We strongly advise you to use the original packaging to protect the product from freight damage. If you decide to ship the product in any other packaging, you will be responsible for any and all shipping damage to the product. Product that is received by the manufacturer with shipping damage will be handled as a billed.
Oxygen concentrators: If the machine was used for over 10 hours, the unit will have to be returned under warranty for repair. Return shipping label and packaging is not included, it is the customer's responsibility to properly package and ship the item back. Repairs can take 2-4 weeks.

Cancel an Order
To cancel your order you must contact us by email at email@example.com or via telephone during our opening hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm). Please state clearly your order number, the date of purchase, your name and contact details, the item you wish to cancel and the reason. Orders are not considered cancelled until confirmed by Walton Medical. We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request, however, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests once your order has begun processing.
