Why is the Inogen at home concentrator a great choice?

Why is the Inogen at home concentrator a great choice?

, by Matt Walton, 2 min reading time

The Inogen at-home concentrator weighs only 18 lbs. and the volume is listed at 40 decibels. A feature that also may be of interest is that when placed at a setting of 2 LPM it will only utilize 100W of energy, which is equivalent to a light bulb.  Savings on energy consumption is always a plus! The Inogen at-home concentrator provides settings 1,2,3,4 and 5 at a continuous flow rate.

I recently was able to attend Medtrade 2023 in Dallas, Texas and came across the Inogen at-home concentrator. This unit to my surprise has been on the market since 2015.  After speaking with a representative, I was sure this would be a perfect fit for Walton Medical.  I often come across clients who are always looking for a quieter, lighter stationary unit for home or for transportation and this is it. It can be used in conjunction with a humidifier bottle and I have provided the manufacturer's video below for your viewing (on setting it up).  Finally, the warranty on the unit is 3 years.  If the sieve beds ever need to be changed out, they can easily be changed from your location. On the top of the unit, there is a handle that slides out that allows you to lift the unit.  Overall, I was quite impressed with the unit and have added it to our store. It is Health Canada approved and although it is more expensive than your standard, louder models on the market the benefits are a huge plus. One last thing, this unit can also be utilized with adding oxygen to your home CPAP unit. I have also provided on video on how to do this with a manufacturer video below.  I have listed the link below to the product page and added manufacture videos below on this unit. As a reminder, we will provide free shipping on this product throughout Canada.
